Congregational Care Ministry. Forming a team to take on the project of developing a Congregational Care Ministry for Spirit of Hope. This team exists to meet the needs of our church family. It works within the framework of the ministry of Jesus Christ to provide confidential care to those facing life’s spiritual, emotional, and physical challenges. This ministry is expressed in many different ways including visits to the hospital, nursing home, and homebound. Contact Jody Grande if interested.
Toolbox Club ~ Help the Trustees do chores necessary to keep our church in good repair. You can hep us complete tasks like washing windows, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture or repairing damage caused by normal wear and tear. Work requests are distributed each Thursday morning between 9 am – noon to those who volunteer. Coffee and snacks will be provided for all volunteers. There’s plenty of work for all – so PLEASE plan to spend some Thursday mornings to help make our church even more inviting to the congregation and visitors. Contact Steve Wasgatt or Bob Spencer for more information or leave a note in the Trustees mail box. We do not discriminate – both women and men are welcome to volunteer.
