Spirit of Hope UMC welcomes Voices of Experience as part of our Fine Arts Series!

s partnership between the MacPhail Center for Music and the Minnesota Chorale, the Voices of Experience presents this free concert as the choir’s culminating spring concert. Musical selections will be loosely centered around a theme of nature, celebrating the beauty of the earth.

The Voices of Experience Choir, part of MacPhail’s Music for Life program, is for adults over the age of 55 who want to be a part of a community of musicians, singing a variety of choral repertoire from genres such as classical, popular, folk, and jazz.

Any free-will donations received at the concert will help provide financial aid scholarships to MacPhail’s Music for Life program, dedicated to providing students of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities the opportunity to experience the joy and satisfaction of music learning.

For more information about the choir, please visit macphail.org. An informal summer choir begins rehearsals on Tuesday, June 10, and community members are invited to register and be part of the music. To register, visit www.macphail.org/course/summer-sing/ or contact MacPhail Student Services at 612-321-0100.
