Lenten Soup Supper & Intergenerational Bible Study
The God We Can Know: A worship and study series on the “I am” sayings of Jesus.
In the Gospel of John, Jesus gives us the “I Am” sayings, meaningful images to reveal his mission nd purpose. One by one, the “I Am” statements not only grab our imagination about Jesus’ identity, but they also help us experience God, who spoke the first “I Am” to Moses. Join us for this insightful worship and study series as we learn move about ht egos we can now and seek to answer Jesus’ question, Who do you say I am?
Ash Wednesday, February 18, marks the beginning of the Lenten Season. We will gather together each Wednesday during Lent as a family, for a soup supper and an intergenerational Bible study. We are extending the soup supper and Bible study for Holy Thursday on April 2 as well. Soup Suppers start at 5:45-6:30 pm with a free-will offering, and the Bible study begins at 6:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall. Everyone is welcome! Invite your friends, neighbors, and/or fellow co-workers to join us for this time of food and fellowship.
